Daybed
Reconstruction Française, 1950
Daybed, France 1950. The top consists of a veneered oak part and a shelf inlaid with opposing triangles in light oak and mahogany. The mattress and its two cushions are covered in linen, they can be placed flat to make a bed or as a backrest. With a very beautiful design, this daybed offers great similarities with the 118 model published by Meubles TV by Pierre Paulin. It is presented with a triptych by Yan Kane, a Scottish visual artist.
