Pupil of Gustave Moreau and Alfred Roll, painter of figures, animals and landscapes, member and member of the Council of the National Society of Fine Arts, he exhibited in many galleries such as Reitlinger or Le Goupy (1913, 1979, 1927). In 1929, he presented two enhanced drawings and the Europe3 canvas at the Salon des Artistes Français.
He also illustrated works by Rudyard Kipling4, Jules Renard, Henri de Montherlant and André Maurois.
His works appear in private collections as well as in the Musée du Luxembourg.
